The existing Using Python on a Mac section of the Python Setup and Usage document needs to document the steps needed to install the optional free-threading interpreter support in Python 3.13. In 3.13 pre-releases, some of this information was included in either the macOS installer ReadMe file or in #120098. In general, the "Using" document is also extremely out-of-date so a major update to the whole document is needed to be able to add the free-threaded installation info. The PR attached to this issue does both.
