Fixed bug

[XenGi]

Packages created with psa won't be accepted in OVI store because they aren't optified and the name of the package doesn't end with '_armel.deb'.

These things are fixed in this version.

thx for the tips. I fixed the version number issue and optified the python folders plus an additional fix in the harmattan qml templates.
