Suggested in #9626 (comment):

Please test the latest PyPy3.6 and 3.7, which is available on github actions via the actions/setup-python@v2 action, this will also help you move yet another few builds off Travis.

We'd want to not do this w/ MacOS -- those are limited to 5 workers. Other than that, we should probably lean into GitHub Actions more heavily, given that we have 20 or so workers there. :)
