Show options are not saved using button save defaults

Describe the bug
In add shows -> add new show -> tab 3 the save defaults button doet not save a number of options.
It works for the quality option and other select boxes. But for example does not for anime, or any other slider.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add shows -> add new show
2. move to tab 3
3. change a slider option like for ex anime
4. the save defaults button does not get enabled.
5. change the quality
6. enable anime
7. save
8. next time only quality has changed.

Expected behavior
The defaults for any option should be allowed to save.
