More options for automatic episode naming based on content

Hello.

I'm thinking about switching from Sonarr to Medusa, because Sonarr lacks support for TMDB I prefer to use as well as for other languages than English. However I miss one feature in Medusa.

I would like more options to give name to the episodes at least language of the movie, language of the subtitles and if possible also audio and video codecs used as well as number of channels.

For example like:
The Series Title's! - S01E01 - Episode Title (1) WEBDL-1080p Proper AVC [DE] DTS 5.1 [EN+DE]

If it was configurable at least in some config or some other less trivial way (not necessarily in GUI), I would be fine.
