Parameter to delay subtitle download / Automatic download updated subtitles

It seems that subtitles on (at least) opensubtitels.org get sync'd and corrected after being published on the site. I have experienced several times now that the subtitle that Medusa downloaded is out of sync (mostly beginning too late and getting delayed even more every (removed) commercial break). Then when I look at the subtitle on the OS site the contents has changed and it got sync'd.
Now I don't know if I am right and if I am if information about the last update can be retrieved from the OS api, but if it is then it would be great if an update would be noticed and trigger an update. If this is not possible then a second-best approach would be to have a parameter stall the download of a subtitle for some hours after the download of the video.

For this we have the option Perfect matches. Do you have that enabled?

Sorry for the delay, I knew already that I had 'perfect matches' enabled, but I wanted to check the logs. It looks as if something goes wrong when 'perfectly' matching. The (debug) log shows a lot, but not all that I hoped for. I assume these are the relevant bits:

Both from the naming of the file and from the History table I deduce that the release group is SYNCOPY. Now 'release' seems to be used in different ways in the logs, but when I try to manually look for subtitles I see Could not get a downloaded release name from the history table and in the logs it says:

It looks as if it downloads a subtitle for a completely different version. Since that moment I see repetitive entries like this:

Then when I started to watch and found that the subtitling went wrong again, I did a manual search, saw a proper subtitle and downloaded that. I attach the log of that part as well.

It might be that this is not a feature request, but more some kind of bug - and that bug might even not be in medusa...
