Version 0.6.1 not published to Pypi #54

I can see CHANGELOG.md that version 0.6.1 was released in November:

pyexcel-xlsx/CHANGELOG.rst

Lines 4 to 9 in bfb68d7

           **Updated** 
        
           #. Compatability with openpyxl 3.1.0 and later

However looking on Pypi I see that the latest version is still 0.6.0:

Is this waiting for a release or has something gone wrong?
