Follow-up to #1482.

The installation of pandoc is failing in the test environment. We are working toward a solution directly from the GitHub action repository: https://github.com/nikeee/setup-pandoc

In the meantime I would like to silence this test and keep the issue open to get some more green on our front page, what do you think?

removing the block release tag as the temporary workaround is actually working. I'll leave the issue open until the changes are merged into the main github action repository and not my ugly fix.
