Describe the bug
Pressing and holding the hub button to power off the hub appears to power it off, but it powers back on when the button is released.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Flash v3.1.0a2 firmware
  2. Turn on the hub
  3. Press and hold the button until the light turns off
  4. Release the button

Expected behavior
Hub should stay turned off
