Describe the bug

Lychee periodically fails on stackoverflow links, see CI workflow from 357. To fix this, my suggestion is to replace stackoverflow links with stable replacements where available. Open to other suggestions though.

PyBaMM recently went through the same issue: pybamm-team/PyBaMM#3989

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

See above workflow.
