Issue Description

Type: bug report

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

When trying to review individual commits with :Octo review commit, when selecting a commit I get the following error:

Afterwards my review session gets closed and I have to restart everything (i.e. close and reopen neovim again)

Describe what you expected to happen

Should just work

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Start review of a PR
  2. Try to review individual commit
  3. error

Tell us your environment

I am not sure if this is an octo error or something on my environment. See #439 which might also be related to my set up
