snowflake:account is not "account" in the Snowflake UI - it's "locator" #265

Issue details

The provider config var snowflake:account is misleadingly named. Per the screenshot below, one would think that it's the value in the ACCOUNT column, but it's not - it's actually the value in the LOCATOR column.

We need to document this better at the very least so that new users don't get confused. Even better if we can name this more intuitively, but I know the connection to the env var SNOWFLAKE_ACCOUNT might make properly fixing this a trickier proposition.

This is unfortunately upstream of us, we don't alias/rename properties from the upstream provider.

Very confusing, but I think this is a wont-fix.

@AaronFriel We don't necessarily need a programmatic fix. Just documenting the weirdness in the docs we can control would be good enough.
