Memories as default gallery app

I'm frustrated that i need to use Google Photos as default gallery app.

I would like to use Memories as default gallery app.

I dont see a alternative.

Additional context
There is no setting to set a specific app as default galery app. But when viewing pictures in the Files app, i can choose "Open with" and i would like to make "Memories" choosable, cause i think i can maybe then choose "Always" to set it as default gallery app - i'm not sure about that.

Would be enough if OpenCamera detects it as Gallery app.
