The new email address for frontend support is now in service. We want to use that in place of the general TigerData address in the Web Portal.

Acceptance Criteria

In the current early release banner, change the last sentence to "To report bugs or other errors, you may also email us at [email protected]." (mailto link embedded)
In the header, change the email linked from "Contact Us" to [email protected]
On the home/login page, under the "Learn More" button, change the email linked from the "Contact us" text to [email protected]
