Add viewing hint functionality options to locical structure sections in figgy

Summary

User story: As a figgy ingester (like, from the digital studio), I would like to add specific viewing hint for logical structure sections in a volume within a figgy item. As an example: When I am digitizing an entire component(C0511_c81756-86139), there are some items that are complete books or periodicals that would benefit from a two up/paged visualization versus the photographs, one sheets,etc....that accompany some components.

Please include hard deadlines, if the exhibit is part of an event, the issue is stopping work, etc.
