Adding a In-app Navbar Notification feature.

I think it is a good idea to add a notification feature on the navbar like facebook. Notifications can be related to if someone liked/commented a user's post etc.
Something like this:

There are a lot of gems available in rails for Navbar notifications like :

• Notifications

• ActivityNotification

• PublicActivity

If this gets approved, I would like to work on this feature! Thanks!
