Add a very simple alternative UI that fulfills the ui tests, and document the requirements for alternative UIs

Hi @GuptaTanisha I appreciate the offer - this might be quite a big project! Have you had an opportunity to try some other issues in this repository first?

But yes, i think the process might be to make a copy of the index.html file in /examples/ and to begin stripping down the HTML bit by bit, running the tests each time -- the tests would have to be adapted to run a 2nd time on the simpler version. Then we could see how simple it can get without breaking the tests.
