purple screen in games

For some reason, when I make some simple settings in OPL, such as translation and theme, when I select the game it gets a purple screen.

Which device (USB, HDD, MX4SIO...)?
Have you tried on any previous version?

Usb. I'm using the 2197. I've already tested 2 other versions and it didn't work. Next time I'll try an unstable version. I've also tested using another memory card. Do I need to format the pendrive to update the opl?

Try versions 2049, 2077 and the latest 2199

No
You can test all versions through uLaunchElf, and remember to delete the settings that were previously saved.
