[ISSUE]: Power Off does not work

Describe the issue

The Power Off option does not work for me.
OPL freezes when I want to use it:

Console model

SCPH-70004

OPL version / revision

OPL Beta-2172 | OPL Beta-2173

What is the last working version?

It is 2165 (OPL-v1.2.0-Beta-2165-9996f1f).
After this version I cannot turn off the console from the OPL menu.

It also happens to me using the HDD, the 2165 works fine.
