3MF CLI export does not include the preview image but app export does

Description of the bug

When I use PrusaSlicer to export the project as 3MF, the Metadata directory has a preview image in it (the render of the STL as the camera sees it). When I run:

/Applications/Original\ Prusa\ Drivers/PrusaSlicer.app/Contents/MacOS/PrusaSlicer --load config.ini --rotate-x 90 --export-3mf camera-stand.stl --output camera-stand.3mf

This 3MF ZIP doesn't include the same preview image.

--export-png seems to have been removed as per #1805 but I think that didn't refer to what I mean anyway, I think that was about PNG slices?

#3252 is also related, I think this was the issue that caused the image to be included when exporting through non-CLI. Can we add the image in the CLI export?

Project file & How to reproduce

New project, drag in STL, export using app and then using the above CLI I provided.
