feature request: add skirt and brim settings to object settigns

first i want to thanks all contributors for their work on slic3r PE.

and also a feature request
i would like to set skirt and brim options per object.
for example if im printing both a tall thin object and a wide object at the same time, i would like to set the thin object to be able to use a brim and the wide object to not use a brim.
