Feature request:printing speed of the overhang perimeter

Behavior

I would like to have a setting to slow down the printing speed of the overhang perimeters that are printed above the supports. In the following figure, the blue line is the overhang perimeter, and the speed of Bridges is applied. In this figure, the speed of Bridges is set to 60m/s, so the shape of the blue area cannot be created nicely.
When printing on top of a support, the shape of the printout will be sharper if the print speed and Z-distance can be set to be the same as when printing on top of a raft.
I would like to have an option that allows such a setting.
