2.3.1 Version
Case: Add shape -> cylinder, set Spiral Vase, Slice
The very top layer of cylinder bottom is considered as top solid infill.
Bug: top solid infill speed parameter is disabled and cannot be changed unless you deactivate spiral vase and se at least one top layer
