Toplayer in the middle of infill section

Behavior

When a toplayer started surrounded by a infill section, the edges are starting in mid air.
This causes huge blobs, because part of the mid air filament sticks at the nozzle.

You can prevent this by increasing the infill amount to 30% or more or change infill pattern.
Better way may be that the first toplayer extends to the matching infill boundaries or next walls.
