In "spiral vase" mode, top solid infill speed is grayed out but used

Behavior

• Describe the problem: In "spiral vase" mode, top solid infill speed is grayed out, but is used. To modify it you'd have to disable spiral vase temporarily, add a top layer, change speed, then re-enable spiral vase.
• Steps needed to reproduce the problem: To easily see the effect, set top solid infill speed to 10mm/s. Enable spiral vase. Switch to preview mode, select view speed.
• Actual Results: Top layer of the infill at the base is blue for 10mm/s. It's using the speed for top solid infill even though there's no top solid infill.
• Expected Results: I should be able to edit top solid infill field when in spiral vase mode.
