Behavior
When a print is set to use a skirt, then a brim is added, the skirt exists within the brim and causes the printer to draw over itself during layer 1.
Steps needed to reproduce the problem
Load STL, any print settings that feature a Skirt Loops >=1
Slice print, observe skirt in preview
Check "Brim" checkbox on right side of Plater view
Re slice. Observe that skirt is within brim
Expected Results
Skirt is outside of brim or automatically disabled when brim is used
Actual Results
Skirt is within brim:

Upload a PrusaSlicer Project File (.3MF) (Plater -> Export plate as 3MF for Slic3r PE 1.41.2 and older, File -> Save / Save Project for PrusaSlicer, Slic3r PE 1.42.0-alpha and newer) Images (PNG, GIF, JPEG), PDFs or text files could be drag & dropped to the issue directly, while all other files need to be zipped first (.zip, .gz)
