"Add instance" and "Remove instance" hotkeys don't work (Win11)

Description of the bug

Pressing + or - on the keyboard does not Add or Remove an instance of an object in the Plater-view. Right clicking on the object or in the Name-view or the top GUI all works it's just the Add/Remove Instance or +/- keys that don't respond. All other keyboard shortcuts work normally.

Similar to this issue except that moving the mouse from right panel to object view doesn't make it work either.
