Maybe just put option in settings gear on bottom

Going back to PrusaSlicer 2.7.4

I use the scales to set various color options and view times, having to move slider up and down to see them is a PiTA

I also noticed this problem with the new 2.8.0-alpha5 on mac. I'm hoping this is just a mistake? I definitely like having the ruler visible.

Most probably we will enhance it in next release: SPE-2353
