Description of the bug

On some of the settings where there is a - and + button for adjustment, the + button is partially or fully cut off. The function of the + button is not affected, simply the display. Under the Object modifier panel, where the + button is completely invisible, clicking in the area it is supposed to be does perform the expected function. The attached picture shows every instance of this I could see looking under the normal tabs.
