Grafana:7.1.0 does not work with kube-prometheus/release-0.6

I have installed the kube-prometheus/release-0.6 on on-prem 1.18 Kubernetes, and Grafana 7.1.0 isn't working.

It were throwing mentioned error:

So I added the two empty dir storage mount as per discussion from grafana/grafana#15295 (comment):

Now there is no error(s) from containers:

but still getting mentioned Grafana error screen:

Prometheus and Alert manager are working as expected. But grafana not working no idea why without throwing an error from the container side.
