WorkerProcesses

how can we get CPU usage application-wise ( IIS Worker Processes), for the Windows server? Thank you!!

Suppose - We have two applications A and B and both applications are hosted on Windows's IIS server.

I want to capture Applications A and B's CPU and memory usage.
