Automatically retrieve .kube/config from OpenShift / Kubernetes providers #707

When deploying, if a user does not provider --provider-config or --provider-auth, etc. We should automatically assume that they have a .kube/config and use that.

With the implementation of #658 this should be easy

DONE:

  • Kubernetes
  • OpenShift

This has been completed with .kube/config auto-loading with the new Kubernetes provider. Although not yet completed for OpenShift.
