[TC-LWM-1.2] In step 2 comment has to be updated as per VS document

Description:

TC-LWM-1.2

Step 2 - In Test plan check for TagName field has been removed from the Expected Outcome and Verification step has been updated accordingly. So Yaml-Maual script has to be updated as per the Verification step document by removing the If the Value field is in the MfgTags (0x8000 to 0xBFFF) range, the TagName field is a string with a length between 1 and 64 Comment from the Step 2.
