TC-BRBINFO-1.1

Problem
As per Spec, ClusterRevision attribute value should be 2 but currently getting ClusterRevision value as 1 in SDK .

Expected behavior: ClusterRevision value as 2

Actual behavior : ClusterRevision value as 1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Bring up the DUT with bridge-app.
  2. Pair the DUT using chip-tool through "onnetwork" transport.
  3. Run the command ./chip-tool bridgeddevicebasicinformation read cluster-revision 1 3
