  • initial prototype implements access control for report generation for IM read (Initial ACL prototype implementation #10236)
  • but does not filter results based on fabric index
  • this task is to add that for report generation for report generation
  • note report generation is used by read and also by subscribe reports (so may need checking each time)

Actually this is done generally in the IM by PR #13404.
