Checkbox missing when clicking from menu to create new event - possibly language issue

When I tried to create new event from administration menu: Events > New event I don't see checkbox for QR code.
( Enable QR Code tokens for this Event missing).

I tried creating event and then editing it from managing events, it appeared then.

When going to manage events and adding event, it appears.

I tried replicating on websites that had default eng database and I couldn't replicate this issue, which is only happening on websites that used other language database for install (in my example Serbian one).

Can someone test this on non-english CRM?
