Changes to figures

fig 16.5b updated tripletNet.pdf. Incorrect superscripts on X.
fig 18.7 updated hingeLoss.pdf to show exp loss and log loss.
fig 19.3a updated adapters-transformers.pdf to include missing MLP layer.
fig 19.14 created hbayes-maml.pdf which is a clearer illustration of MAML as a hierarchical Bayesian model.

Changes to text

Sec 5.3.3 ("Admissable estimators"). Modified text, removed theorem which was wrongly attributed to Wald.
Sec 5.2.6 ("Hypothesis testing without Bayes factors"). New section. Briefly discusses Bayesian versions of t-test and chi-squared test.
Fixed numerous small typos see this list of closed issues
Added some new refs.
