Add a new project to the list

I want to add a new project to the list which is a rubik's cube game.

Also I submitted an issue regarding this earlier @priyankarpal . You closed the previous one stating a commit in that message. I could not understand the commit. Issue number #768

@priyankarpal Please tell me if I can create this project or not..
If I can then assign it to me under gssoc23.
