[Bug] Selecting all elements results in scrolling to table bottom

When Datatable has checkbox header for selecting all elements, when clic, a bottom scroll event is trigered and scrolls table to bottom.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Checkbox example and don't scroll to bottom of table:

2. Click on header checkbox.
3. A scroll to bottom of table is triggered:

Is a bug or a feature? If its a feature, it can be disabled?

I have a table of about 200 elements, and it's very annoying because my users gets confused.

Just discovered that Angular version of Prime works as expected: https://primefaces.org/primeng/showcase/#/table/selection

There is no bug in PrimeNG.
