locale am and pm don't work correct on component calendar【time picker】

Reproducer

No response

PrimeVue version

3.16.0

Vue version

3.x

Language

TypeScript

Build / Runtime

Vue CLI App

Browser(s)

Chrome latest

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. set locale am & pm to '上午' & '下午'
    2.neither time picker or input format value are display correctly.

Expected behavior

show locale am and pm correctly.

trying to update calendar.esm.js line:1024 and line:3030 would fixed problem.
