Codesandbox Case (Bug Reports)

Basically, if I have calendar with minimun date with pm hour, the component allows change PM to AM when have a hourFormat={"12"}. With hourFormat={"24"} it's work well, and respect da minimum date.
Expected behavior
If I have minimum date, for example, "5-12-2024 15:00h", I expect that is not possible to change PM to AM, because the value would stay with "5-12-2024 03:00h" and is lower than the minimum.
Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
First calendar with 12h format:
Open first calendar.
Change PM to AM
And value is lower than the minimum
Second calendar with 24h format:
Open second calendar
And try put hour lower than the minimum
work correctly
