Current behavior
Dropdown keypress doesn't support Turkish characters

Expected behavior
Dropdown keypress should support Turkish characters

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
1- Open the dropdown in the example.
2- Press button "ş" on keyboard.
3- Droprown doesn't go to "Şanlıurfa"
