Unable to access tab menu using keyboard

Current behavior
When using tabMenu I'm able to navigate to the tabs with keyboard using tab but unable to select it when hit Enter

Expected behavior
When navigated to tabs using keyboard on Enter it should be selected

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
can be reproduced in examples provided in documentation

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
