Current behavior
Table border is not visible in Firefox:

Expected behavior
Table border should be visible in any browser:

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Add [resizableColumns]="true" to p-table tag
2. Open webpage in Firefox

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
Fix bug.
