memory leaks of fluent_21_2_0 version

When I ran the case_2D that comes with the fluent_21_2_0 version of the adapter, I found the memory leaks，as follow:

Can you give more details on the memory leaks you found? Could you trace them to a specific function in the adapter? How large was the leak?
