Description
The previously requested versions of python and clang-format are no longer available for the latest ubuntu release, at least not through the used actions.
Also fixes the version of python linter black to
~=22.12Example and documentation files were modified to satisfy clang-format and markdown linters respectively.
Checklist
The CI checks for DuMux master still fail, which will be fixed by #19 .
