prebuild-install downloads faulty binaries #145

I have created 20 tags at this point, but prebuild-install doesn't download the binaries correctly. The downloaded artifact is faulty.

I switched to prebuildify. My tests show that I can't rely on GitHub Actions or prebuild-install to download the artifacts.
