Description

when requesting an ad from UnderdogMedia bidder the response doesn't contain a unique creative ID.
it looks like all of the creative ID's returned from UnderdogMedia are one of those:
40112,40113,40114,40115,43494,43495,43496,43597,43726,44036,44038,44039

I can see that a lot of your ads are coming from Rhythmone, and they do give a unique ad ID when you sends an OPENRTB request to their endpoint that looks like this: "crid":"cr-9cpx2d3y2arfv8"
so please forward this third-party ID when you encounter one.

#2374 for example had the same issue but they have fixed it already (very fast I might say).
