The current implementation for limiting time spent on any one particular repository is based strictly on the number of artifacts. While this ensures we don't spend too much time on one repo, we really should be looking at volume in terms of artifact file size, as that is the true limiting factor here. This should also be configurable through command line options to ensure the user does not miss vulnerable artifacts when deep-diving a particular repository.
