Bluetooth keyboard has vendor and product id of 0 and gets treated as Apple internal keyboard #3515

Using an M2 Mac with a Corne keyboard and karabiner elements is treating them as the same keyboard so I can't specify different modifications/settings for each.

So after #3487 and updating to 14.12.4, the apple keyboard and bluetooth keyboard show up as two different devices now. However, I have a simple modification specified for the apple keyboard, but when I use the bluetooth keyboard, the modification is still in effect.
